Yes. Kuponex operates in the second hand gift coupon market, where prices are always lower. On Kuponex you can negotiate the price directly with the seller.

Yes. Buyers can propose a price and the seller may accept or decline it directly in the Kuponex chat.

Yes. Kuponex uses an end-to-end encryption model to ensure that every message, photo or file related to a coupon can only be read or accessed by the buyer and seller.

Selling and buying coupons on Kuponex is completely free of charge.

Yes. For security reasons all users must have a registered account.

Create an account, upload your valid coupon and chat directly with the buyer. Agree on the price and payment conditions. Once payment is confirmed, Kuponex automatically reveals the coupon details and code to the buyer. If you're a buyer, browse available listings, contact the seller via the Kuponex chat and agree on the price and payment terms. After the payment is confirmed, Kuponex automatically reveals the purchased coupon details and code to you.

Any valid gift coupon with at least 20 days left before its expiry date.

Sign in and choose "Upload". Add a title, description, coupon value, expiry date and select a brand and category. If your brand isn't listed, you can add a new one. The system will suggest a recommended selling price for your coupon, which you can edit anytime.

Yes. Each coupon is uploaded separately.

Browse by brand, category or discount level. Select the coupon you need. Contact the seller, agree on the price and payment, complete the transfer and receive the coupon details digitally once payment is confirmed.

Click "Message" on the listing page. Never share personal contact or payment details outside Kuponex.

The seller confirms payment in Kuponex chat and marks the coupon as "Sold". The system then automatically reveals the coupon details to the buyer.

No. Only money received in the seller's account count as proof of payment.

No. The seller is responsible for the validity of coupon. You can always ask the seller about it in the Kuponex chat.

Yes. Kuponex complies with all personal data protection national requirements and EU data protection directives.

No. Coupon details remain hidden until the payment is received.

Kuponex is available across European Union countries, UK and Norway.

Communicate and agree on payment conditions only via the Kuponex chat. Never share your coupon data outside Kuponex. If you suspect fraud, email us immediately at: fraud@kuponex.com.

Check the seller's ratings, reviews and activity history. Reliable users have clear listings and positive feedback.

After each transaction, buyers can rate the seller and leave a short comment.

No, reviews cannot be edited once submitted.
